Weight Logs

I need to reach my ideal weight which is 70-75KG. Do you reckon that I can do it? I started off with 102.8KG in early March 2008.

Here is my weight logs that I measure every end of the Month:

March 2008: 99.7KG
April 2008: 96.7KG
May 2008: 93.3KG
June 2008: 91.9KG
July 2008: 90.4KG

Quite a lot of Badminton racquet - Yonex (hands down from my dad)
